Symptoms of High Blood Pressure
The most dangerous aspects of hypertension is that most people may not know that you have it, barely anyone without an idea can tell. In fact, nearly one-third on average of people who have high blood pressure don't even know it. The solution is certain, the only way to know if your blood pressure is knocking the roof is through regular checkups. This is especially important if you have a close relative or family member who suffers high blood pressure.
When your blood pressure is extremely high, there may be certain symptoms to carefully watch out for, which includes:
1. Severe headache
2. Chest ache
3. Vision problems
4. Confusion or Fatigue
5. Serious difficulty breathing
6. Irregular heartbeat
7. Blood in the urine
8. Pounding in your chest, somewhere around the neck, or ears
If you have any of these symptoms, make sure to see a doctor immediately. It could be certainly possible having a hypertensive crisis, of which it's consequence could lead to a heart attack or stroke as the case maybe.
Untreated hypertension can obviously lead to chronic diseases, including stroke, heart disease, kidney failure and different eye issues.
