36. Right to fair hearing
37. Right to private and family life.
38. Right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion

Note: These rights can be tempered with by the Government only if there is a justified reason in the eyes of Justice, Such as where is vast case of violence, the Government have the right to declare state of emergency to help limit the damages, this can halt your right of Movement for a period of time.

Freedom of life is your right and will be protected by the Government, only when you are found guilty of murder, then the right of life is hanged on a tin wire. Now the law and Government have the right to decide the fate of such person.

The Government is there to protect your rights, compain or file a case when your rights are been trampled upon. A persons right stops where the other person right begins. Try not to abuse your rights, by challenging the laws that are meant to keep you safe and sane. Be a law abiding citizen and your rights will continue to auto replay every second in existence.

Study your rights properly and also respect law and order.

- Unless you are caught in any act, the relvant authoritics must inform you why you are go with them.

- You have a right to call your lawyer, it will be an abuse if you are not allowed to do so and a brigde of a persons right.

Rights are randomly bridged, especially common among the authoritics to it's citizens. File a complain if you been abused and make sure your rights are not tempered with by anybody. Seek your lawyers advice for further understanding of the law and order of your nation.

I may not have covered it all, but you are free to contribute below. Your views and your advice, for the reason of human right promotion across the world... have your say and let others learn.
